UniCredit Says Commerzbank Offer Set to Push Direct Stake to 34%

UniCredit SpA’s €38.6 billion ($45 billion) takeover offer for Commerzbank AG has been accepted by enough investors to push the stake over 30% once it takes ownership of the shares.
